Simone Galeotti

I’m Simone “Si” Galeotti, founder of ISHP — a performance and therapy hub dedicated to helping people move better, recover stronger, and perform at their best. My career blends Personal Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Sports Therapy, Strength & Conditioning, and Cycling Performance, giving me a unique perspective to guide clients from rehabilitation to peak athletic performance.

Athletic Journey

My background as an athlete is just as important to my work as my coaching. I was a second Italian finalist in the National Championship of martial arts and achieved a sub-11-second 100m sprint in Track and Field. Over the years, I’ve trained and competed across a wide range of sports, including:

  • Martial Art (Kung Fu)

  • Thaiboxing / Muay Thai

  • Track & Field (100m sprint, Long jump, Relay 4x100)

  • Running (5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon)

  • Futsal – Serie D level

  • Volleyball

  • Olympic Lifting

  • CrossFit

This diverse experience enables me to understand the demands of different sports - not just from a theoretical perspective, but from the perspective of actually participating in them.

I believe in combining traditional training principles with modern, evidence-based methods with an open mindset. Whether it’s therapy, strength & conditioning, or performance coaching, I take a holistic approach that respects the fundamentals while applying forward-thinking strategies. My goal is simple: to help people build resilience, unlock performance, and prevent injuries before they happen.
